1.Get the Podcast Episode Link

Simply upload the audio file of the episode to the SubEasy homepage, or paste the YouTube, Twitter, or TikTok audio link into the input box and then click ‘Transcribe’ to begin. The system will automatically parse the link and start extracting the audio.

2.Transcribe Podcast Audio

Once the extraction is complete, the current audio or video cover will be displayed. You can then click “START” to begin the transcription process.

3.Adjust Text Content

After the transcription is complete, you can perform several actions on the interface:

• Click the “Play” button to play the transcribed audio, and the text box on the right will display the current playback text in real-time..

• Click “Create” to summarize the audio content, making it easier to understand key information.

• Click “Speakers” to analyze the audio, matching each speaker with their statements, which helps in further summarizing the content.

4.Text content adjustment.

After obtaining the initial output, you can further adjust and translate the content to correct any inaccuracies or incomplete work done by the AI.

• Click “Translate” to translate the transcribed text. Refer to step 3 in the tutorial “Guide to Using SubEasy for New Users” for detailed instructions.

• Click “Find” to quickly locate specific keywords you want to find. You can also use the “Replace” feature within the search to quickly correct any errors made by the AI.

• Click “Speakers” to edit the speaker names, matching them to the actual speakers for more organized and easier browsing.

5.Output Content Adjustment

After making the final adjustments to the content, you can proceed to download the document. We offer various formats for you to choose from.
