Whether you are a paid or free user, everyone can transcribe up to 3 files per day, with each file no longer than 30 minutes, for free.

• First video (20 minutes):
  No credits required.
• Second video (31 minutes):
  1 credit is required for the 1 minute exceeding the 30-minute limit.
• Third video (60 minutes):
  30 credits are required for the 30 minutes exceeding the free limit. (60-30=30)
• Fourth video (20 minutes):
  Since the 3 free 30-minute sessions have been used up, 20 credits are required for the entire video.

Please note: During peak times, free users can only access the basic track, which may require a wait.

Any unused credits will temporarily remain in your account after the subscription period ends but will be placed in a suspended status.

How to activate:
Upon renewal, these credits will be reactivated and will have a validity period of 30 days.

Re-activation limit:
Credits can only be reactivated once. If they remain unused after reactivation, they will be deleted. This means that if you maintain continuous subscriptions, the credits from each subscription can be used for a maximum of 60 days.
