When using the high-quality AI model for translation, it costs 0.5 credit per minute; if using the excellent-quality AI Plus model, it costs 2 credits per minute. If you just want a rough understanding of the translation, using the free machine translation does not consume any credits. In the “Pro Plan,” transcribing audio or video files costs 1 credit per minute; the “Unlimited Plan” does not consume any credits regardless of how many files are transcribed, and if you upload subtitle files along with the video files, no credits are used either.*Please note that the unlimited transcription in the “Unlimited Plan” is solely for the personal use of the purchaser. If your usage significantly exceeds that of typical users, exhibits abnormal logins from multiple locations, or appears to be automated through bots, you may be subject to usage restrictions.

Points earned with each subscription will be temporarily unavailable once the current subscription period expires. However, they will remain in your account. Upon renewing your subscription, these points will be reactivated with a 30-day validity. Note that expired points can only be reactivated once. Even if you renew your subscription again, those expired points will no longer be usable. This means that if you maintain your subscription, your points can have a maximum validity of 60 days.

Regardless of the source of the credits, we prioritize the use of credits that are closest to expiring to ensure that you maximize the benefits of all available credits.

Yes, you can! After uploading your video file, you can also upload subtitles in SRT format. We can help you translate these subtitles into other languages, and this process does not require the use of transcription credits.
